High School students are invited to a fun, laid-back summer night of good food, friendly competition, and time together! We’ll meet at Grimes Bridge Park for an evening of pickleball and hangout time.

We’ll kick things off with Chick-fil-A dinner, then hit the courts for some pickleball action. Whether you’ve played before or are trying it for the first time, this is a great chance to learn the game and enjoy some lighthearted competition.

Paddles and equipment will be available, but feel free to bring your own! You can play as much (or as little) as you want and there will also be space to relax and enjoy being together.

Bring a friend, come ready to laugh, and don’t miss this awesome summer night with your ryeX crew!

These sessions will provide an overview of the Confirmation process and outline the required classes. We look forward to sharing this meaningful journey with you!

What is Confirmation?

Confirmation is a vital component of the ryeX Youth Ministry. Students eighth grade and older, have the opportunity to explore, question, and enrich their faith in a safe environment. This is their time to claim their faith as their own by professing Jesus as their Savior and Lord, and then becoming members of the church. Students take a look at the fundamentals of the Christian faith as well as important aspects of Presbyterianism.

During Confirmation, we strive to teach students about God in an engaging and interactive way. Through our 12 classes, students will cover a variety of material about God, the church, and the greater Christian community.

High School students are invited to attend a Mission Weekend in Morganton, GA!

We will leave RPC on Friday at 5:30 p.m., to arrive to the North Georgia Mission Lodge by 7 p.m. On Saturday, we will do 2 local service projects in Blue Ridge, have lunch, and return to the Lodge for fellowship, games, hiking, talking about our experiences serving during the day and dinner. Sunday morning, we will attend Faith Presbyterian Church (USA) and enjoy lunch with the congregation.

We will leave at 2 p.m., to return to RPC by 4 p.m.

We are excited to offer this mini mission trip for our Hight School Youth and hope you can attend!
