onCore is our Wednesday Evening Fellowship program for children and families. Children and adults gather for food, fellowship, Bible study, choir for PreK-5th grade, and fun with their church family.

We will meet on Wednesday nights from August 20 through December 10. There will be no meetings on September 24 or November 26. On December 3 and December 10, we’ll have choir rehearsals only, with a shorter schedule and no dinner. More details about these December rehearsals on 12/3 and 12/10 will be available soon after the semester begins.

Dinner is at 5:00 pm, followed by choir and Bible for Pre-K - 5th grade and Bible and Childcare for 3-year-olds. Kindergarten and younger dismiss at 6:30 pm. 1st-5th grade students dismiss at 6:45 pm. Childcare is available for younger siblings not yet 3 (as of September 1, 2025).

Handbells/Handchimes
Following onCore, students in grades 1-5 may choose to attend Handbells/Handchimes from 6:45-7:15 pm.

Cost
Dinner is $130 for the 1st child and $120 for each additional family member. This covers all 13 meals. Parents/Volunteers may also register themselves if they would like to eat dinner each week.

Children in nursery care (2 and under) dinner is free.

There is a $10 activity fee charge for each child attending onCore with no dinner.

*Families may choose to pay week-to-week for dinner. Dinner reservations must be made the Sunday before. A menu will be sent out prior to when reservations need to be made. The cost of an individual dinner is $10/person.

Volunteering
The participation of parents/guardians is critical to the success of onCore. We require at least one adult from each family participating in onCore to volunteer with the program. This not only provides the necessary staffing, but it also demonstrates the parents’ belief in the importance of Christian nurture.

One parent or guardian must remain on campus at all times while their child or children are participating in the onCore program, even if the parent's volunteer shift has already been completed earlier in the evening.

Childcare
Childcare is available for younger siblings under the age of 3 from 5:00-6:45 pm while the parent volunteers, and 3-year olds from 6:00-6:45 pm.

Choir/Bible only: You are also welcome to bring your child after dinner at 5:30 to join us for Bible and/or choir time. There is a $10 charge for each child attending onCore with no dinner.
