“Living the Fourth Quarter – with Spirit” is designed to help you reflect on your life, navigate the mixed emotions of entering (or being in) the Fourth Quarter, and embrace this phase with intentionality, purpose, and spirit by pursuing long-held dreams at last. This course goes beyond abstract ideas by providing tools for self-reflection and decision-making. It blends philosophy and practicality, balancing introspection with actionable steps to transition from full-time employment to the greater freedom of retirement. The course is not about regret or fear of aging, but instead emphasizing potential for growth and enjoyment in your latter years
