Summer Connections Yoga
When: Tuesday, June 15 at 6:30 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.

Come for one hour of yoga basics to experience the power of breath in reducing stress and anxiety and discover both movement and stillness as opportunities to increase your awareness of God’s loving presence. We will join our breath with movement at a pace that’s comfortable for all levels of experience and ability! Wear comfortable clothing, refrain from a heavy meal prior to class, bring water.

The event is free, but registration is required
