Vacation Bible School

Sunday, June 9 - Thursday, June 13

For children In
Rising Pre-K through rising 5th grade
(rising Pre-K children must be 4 years old
by June 9, 2019 to be left on campus at VBS)

Kids will discover that God is good and that God is with us in our wild world.
Children will learn Bible stories, participate in fun recreation games, music, and crafts.

Childcare is available for children of VBS volunteers who are not old enough for VBS.

It's FREE! There is no cost to participate
in VBS at Roswell Presbyterian Church!

VBS Wishlist
Please consider donating, we have a few items that will help to make the week run smoothly. Many of the items can be purchased at the Dollar Tree, and you might even have many of these things lying around your house! Thank you in advance for all of your generous donations and help! God is truly at work here at Roswell Presbyterian Church, and we can't wait to share his glory with all of the children this summer!

Please note if the item you sign up for has special instructions/a specific date to bring to the church. Many items are needed in advance of VBS, and many food items are not needed until the week begins. Items can be returned to the bins located at the blue preschool desk and by the church office.


R.A.M.P. Camp
Roswell Area Mission Project

Monday, June 24 - Thursday, June 27
9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

For boys and girls - Rising 1st to 5th graders
Cost: $50 per child - Register by Sunday, June 2
Participants need a medical form and photo waiver on file.

We'll focus on servant leadership and being the hands and feet of Christ in the local community. Over the four days, we will work with a different mission partner each day; learning about what they do in the community and participating in a service project for each organization. We will take field trips to some of the organizations as well. Each day will also include worship, fun games, and snacks

A Play in a Manger
Summer Worship Arts Music Camp (S.W.A.M. Camp)
Monday, July 8 - Friday, July 12
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Gym

For children in rising 2nd to 5th grades
Cost: $125 for the first child, $100 for each additional child (includes a backpack, T-shirt, snacks, score, and CD)
Space is limited to 30 participants.

The children are learning, staging, producing, and performing the musical, A Play in a Manger

There will be two performances of the show. All are invited to these free performances!
Friday, July 12 at 6:30 p.m. in Alderman Hall
Sunday, July 14 at 9:45 a.m. in Alderman Hall - All elementary students will be in Alderman Hall for this performance during the regular Sunday School hour, 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

During the 11:15 a.m. worship service on Sunday, July 14, the S.W.A.M. Campers will present a song from A Play in a Manger.

Preschool Music Camp
Farm Songs and the Sounds of Moo-sic - Preschool Music Camp at RPC

Monday, July 22 - Thursday, July 25
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Ages: Must by 3 years old by January 1, 2019 through rising 1st graders
Cost: $100 for first child, $85 each additional child (includes snacks, T-shirt, and CD)
There is a limit of 30 students!

There will be a parent "share class" on Thursday, July 25 at 11:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary.



Basketball Camp

Monday, July 22 - Thursday, July 25
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

For boys and girls - Rising 1st to 5th graders
Cost: $100 for first child, $90 each additional child/same family (includes a T-shirt, basketball, and basic basketball instruction)
Space is limited to 30 participants.
Participants need a medical form and photo waiver on file.
Register by: Thursday, July 11

Campers will need to bring a packed lunch each day and extra money for treats at the Camp Store.


ryeX Middle School Camps


ryeX Rapids

Location: Copperhill, TN
Trip Dates: Thursday, May 30 - Sunday, June 2

Middle school students will enjoy fun summer activities at ryeX RAPIDS summer camp. We'll have an awesome speaker, fellowship with friends, and uplifting worship time together at this amazing camp in the Smoky Mountains!
Cost: $450 - Register by Sunday, April 28


Chattanooga Mission Experience

Location: Lodging at Harrison Bay State Park, TN
Trip Dates: Monday, June 24 - Saturday, June 29, 2019

On this trip middle school students will join other students from around the country to assist those in need with home repair and maintenance. Every evening we gather for worship and teaching as well. Your faith will grow as you help others. Register early to save money and because this trip fills up quickly!

We will partner with Widows Harvest Ministries and SonServants for the 13th consecutive year in Chattanooga, TN. On this mission trip, middle school students (rising 6th-8th) join other students from around the country to assist widows with home repair and maintenance. Tasks include painting, roofing, siding, repairing porches, building wheelchair ramps, yard work, etc. Students will deepen their faith and experience Christian community as they gather every evening for worship and teaching. This fun trip will grow your faith as you help others and you'll return to RPC more committed to helping with missions! 

Late Cost: $500 - Register by Sunday, April 28

High School


The WELL 2019

All High School Students are invited to The WELL on Wednesday, June 26 - Saturday, June 29. We spend the night at RPC, have great speakers and uplifting worship time. During the day we join forces with many local mission partners to serve our community and ultimately show the love of Christ to those in need.

Date: Wednesday, June 26 through Saturday, June 29
Standard price: $160. Register by Monday, June 3rd.
Late price: $200. This price runs from Tuesday, June 4th through Monday, June 17th.
$100 deposit is required at registration.
All payments are due in full by Monday, June 17th.

Rutledge 2019: Fear Not

Date: July 14-19, 2019
Cost: $350 first student, $275 additional student/same family.
$100 deposit at the time of your registration.
Registration ends Friday, June 21.
Final payments are also due that day. No refunds are available after Friday, June 21.

Every summer we get the pleasure of taking a group of high school and college students to Camp Rutledge. Though it is similar in style to many summer camp programs out there, Rutledge is unique in many ways. Rutledge is a camp where students can find a safe place to have fun, build new relationships, foster old relationships, and meet God! We are excited about this opportunity to spend time with your students, build relationships, and communicate the love that Jesus Christ has for all of us!
