Cultivating Faith in Suwanee, GA
Everyone has a place at the table of Jesus Christ. Rich & poor, Republican & Democrat, old & young, church, unchurched, & de-churched. We believe God is calling RPC to plant a church in Suwanee, GA that will seek to engage the disengaged, listen to the unheard, and walk with this community as it grows into a bright future.
This is an opportunity for the church to learn and listen, and to help build a more organic, grassroots form of church that will engage and serve the community of Suwanee for generations to come.
We invite you to follow us in this journey as we cultivate life, growth, and faith. Watch for updates and opportunities to get involved!
The Mustard Seed Project Center for Spiritual Growth
coming June 2017
We are thrilled to share the news that The Mustard Seed Project is currently under construction! The property is located in Suwanee, off of Satellite Boulevard. The renovation work is underway and we hope to have a final walk-through at the end of June 2017.
As we move into our new space, we're looking for some help to fill it with furniture and supplies that we'll need. If you would like to donate an item or the monetary value of an item on the Wish List, please email Pastor Zac Morton for more information.
Rev. Zac Morton's Vlog (Video Blog)
On September 19, 2015 at SuwaneeFest, we launched a Social Media Faith Experiment called #FaithDropSuwanee. This experiment utilizes social media to invite individuals to contribute stories of faith and inspiration in blank journals, then drop them in a new location. When that person drops the journal, they will take a photo of the location and tag #FaithDropSuwanee and @MSPSuwanee, leaving it for the next person to find - and the cycle continues.
After three months of circulation, we will hold a #FaithDropSuwanee Reveal Social on Monday, November 30, where contributors will have the option of reading or sharing their contribution with the public at a social event.
Take-A-Hikers Racking up the Miles
Every Sunday Zac leads a hiking group called Suwanee Take-A-Hikers to hike trails in the north Georgia mountains. Hitting the trails has proven to be a great way to meet new people, have deeper conversations, and invite hikers to participate in other Mustard Seed Project events.
You can follow the group or join us on a hike - just visit the website for a full list and details of upcoming hikes.
