Today we conclude our Psalms of the Summer sermon series by looking at Psalm 139. Like all the Psalms, this Psalm relies on a fundamental conviction about whom we can lean on. I find great comfort in knowing that I do not need to rely on my own strength or smarts, or on the faithfulness of friends. No matter what life confronts us with, we can lean on the same God the psalmist writes about.
While we may conclude our series today, I hope that you will continue to return to these Psalms to guide your prayers throughout the year. Let us always remember the One whom we can always lean on!
Leaning with you,
Rev. Jeff J. Meyers
