Our Every Member Response (called Rise Up! Respond!) is based on Isaiah 58:6-12. This passage is full of images of light and water - life sources that come when we meet the needs of others. Take a moment to read this passage again before you continue reading below.
Responding to God is like a fountain that runs continually... God blesses us, we give of ourselves to bless others, and the blessings come back to us.
The following information and resources are designed to equip each of us to respond to God's blessings with treasure, talents and time!
You will notice three levels of resources - A Few Drops, Getting Your Feet Wet, and Diving In! Some of these resources can be absorbed in a brief time, and some will encourage you to think more deeply about how God might be calling you. Spend just a few moments with the quick thoughts A Few Drops. Take more time to try Getting Your Feet Wet, or review Diving In for more information and suggested reading lists. We hope that you will spend time with these resources so that you can respond as fully as possible on Easter Sunday. Talents and Time
Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of services, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone.
