Introduction to Yoga as Self-Care & Spiritual Practice:
Exploring the Sacredness of the Human Body

Led by Diane Duane, RPC member
This class will consist of discussion, yoga practice, and healthy insights into the human body.
Dress in comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat if you have one or a towel (a limited number of mats will be available), a water bottle, and a healthy snack.
Diane is an E-RYT 200-hr certified, Yoga Alliance registered instructor. She is most interested in serving individuals and their particular needs. Holistic wellness is her passion. She believes that people who are well in mind, body, and spirit best serve themselves and others. Diane also holds a MA in Theological Studies and a BFA in Dance Performance and has been teaching movement for 30+ years. For more information, visit Almost Home Yoga.
