Director of Administration
Roswell Presbyterian Church seeks a full-time Director of Administration.
This position is responsible for the administrative affairs of RPC that include providing day-to-day management of the church's finances, budgeting, fundraising, human resources, insurance, risk management, office management, information technology, facilities and equipment management, and food services, including leadership to and supervision of support staff.
Strong interpersonal skills are required in order to build relationships with staff, committees, and church members. Must be self-motivated, a leader, possess integrity, and be a committed team player.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years business experience, strong written and oral communications skills.
The position reports directly to the Senior Pastor.
