Mentor teams for 3 families. This will be a 7 to 12 month commitment, once a month meeting to work with the client on steps toward working on home ownership. (We have guidelines and a training for this) Once a month 2 to 3 hours for 7 to 12 months.
Office assistance to work with clients processing once a week only a few hours. Must have computer skills. This person could identify take home projects for the stay at home Moms etc. that maybe able to assist.
Property maintenance person. We have 5 properties that need some oversight. 5 hours a week and this person could recruit others to assist with various projects as they are identified. Weekend warriors etc. for lawn care.

The mission of AHMEN Housing Corporation is to provide quality, affordable housing to work force
families who provide the entire spectrum of services to our community. Many of those in professions
that are highly valued are the very people who cannot afford to live in our community - teachers,
firefighters, police, paramedical/paralegal, clergy and others who earn 50-80% of the median
income in North Fulton County .
RPC's involvement is to renovate or refurbish purchased homes and ready them for occupancy.
